Prohibited Items Policy

To ensure the safety of our driver partners and comply with legal regulations, Caxi strictly prohibits the transportation of certain items via our Parcel Delivery Service. By using this service, you confirm that your parcel does not contain any of the following prohibited items:

1. Illegal and Hazardous Materials

  • Narcotics, illegal drugs, or unauthorized prescription medications.
  • Explosives, fireworks, flares, or ammunition.
  • Flammable liquids or solids (e.g., gasoline, lighter fluid, matches).
  • Toxic, infectious, or radioactive materials.
  • Corrosive substances (e.g., strong acids, batteries with liquid acid).

2. High-Value Items

  • Cash, currency, or negotiable instruments (checks, money orders).
  • Precious metals, loose gems, or fine jewelry.
  • High-value electronics without adequate original packaging.
  • Important documents (e.g., passports, legal tender, unique certificates) that cannot be easily replaced.

3. Fragile Items

  • Glassware, ceramics, or fragile electronics that are not securely and adequately packaged to withstand normal transportation bumps.

4. Perishable Goods and Animals

  • Live animals, insects, or pets of any kind.
  • Raw meat, fresh seafood, or other perishable food items that require temperature control.
  • Human or animal remains.

5. Restricted and Dangerous Goods

  • Weapons, firearms, swords, or parts thereof.
  • Stolen or counterfeit goods.
  • Obscene, pornographic, or offensive materials.
  • Any item whose transport is prohibited by any applicable law, statute, or regulation.

Liability and Refusal of Service

Our driver partners reserve the right to refuse to pick up or transport any parcel that they suspect contains prohibited items, exceeds the maximum weight limit (5kg), or is inadequately packaged. Caxi and its driver partners accept absolutely no liability for the loss, damage, or confiscation of any prohibited items sent through the service.
